Reissue of Accessories

We offer a 30-day warranty for engine DIY kits purchased on our website. During the warranty period, if the parts are missing, customers can get a replacement free of charge. If you need this service, please provide the product model SKU, the number and quantity of the required parts.

Online Manual

If your kit is missing a manual, please send a model number (including name and SKU) and a photo of the product to our customer service team (service@enginekitor.com). We will email you a digital version of the English manual. Currently, we only offer the manual in English. Yes. These build-it-yourself engine kits are realistic engine model kits designed to demonstrate real mechanical structures and working principles. Some models can operate with electric or fuel-based systems, while others focus on mechanical demonstration.

Q2. Are build-your-own engine kits suitable for beginners?

Some build-it-yourself engine kits are beginner-friendly, while others are designed for experienced builders. Each product page clearly indicates the recommended skill level and assembly complexity.

Q3. What is the difference between build-it-yourself kits and RTR engine models?

Build-it-yourself engine kits require hands-on assembly and are designed for learning and mechanical exploration. RTR (Ready-to-Run) engine models come pre-assembled and are intended mainly for display or demonstration.
