Returns & Exchanges

General Policies:

These are Enginekitor.com's standard return policies and apply only to products you purchase directly from the Stirlingkit.com website, and we will be responsible for return shipping and customs fees in the following cases.

If the product is damaged, defective or broken or does not work before you start using it, you can return it to us within the valid warranty period (30 days). In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please note that if you find that only some of the parts are damaged due to shipping damage, normally Enginekitor will send you new replacement parts free of charge.

2. In most cases, all products are eligible for return authorization within the return warranty period (30 days). However, if the product is returned due to a customer purchasing error, not liking the product after purchase, etc., the customer will be required to pay for return shipping. Please make sure that the item is new and unused, which does not affect the second sale. Otherwise, the return request will be refused.

After obtaining a return authorization, all returns will be affected.

3. WARNING: If we receive a product that is not eligible for return, we will return the non-eligible product to you at your expense:

Any item not purchased from Enginekitor.com.
Any item that does not have a valid, readable serial number, including, but not limited to, products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers.
Packages that have been received for more than 30 days.
Items returned without all original packaging and accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the item
Any item that appears to be physically damaged or damaged due to accidental breakage, misuse or general wear and tear.
Any item that has been damaged by improper personal use.
If an item is returned missing, we will not be able to assist you as much as we would like. We recommend that you choose a traceable shipping method for returning defective products.

The RMA process and three simple steps:

1. Obtain an RMA authorization by submitting an RMA request by contacting service@enginekitor.com.

How to obtain an RMA authorization:

Please email an RMA request to service@enginekitor.com and we will respond to you within 1-2 business days. The RMA request should include the following information: order number, SKU, reason for sending back and posting images, option for an exchange or refund, and any other pertinent questions.

2. Ship returned items after obtaining RMA authorization.
Once you ship a returned item, please note that the returned item must come with the original packaging, accessories, a shipping address from the Enginekitor.com Customer Service Center, and an RMA authorization. Please return to the address we have provided after authorization has been granted.
Note: Please provide the tracking number of the returned item. enginekitor.com is not responsible for any lost returns.

3. Exchange or Refund.
Enginekitor will arrange for resend or refund within 1-3 business days after receiving your return package. Payment will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days, if you have not received your payment after 5 business days, please contact us at: service@enginekitor.com
