User Accounts

For security reasons, by default only one registration account can be created per customer. We reserve the right to suspend accounts without notice for customers who attempt to create multiple accounts.

Customers are required to provide valid and accurate data in accordance with customs regulations. All consignee names, addresses and payer names should be valid. In some countries, the consignee may be required to submit an ID or passport to clear the package or for payment verification. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the data he/she provides to Enginekitor. Enginekitor will not be held responsible if any information is incorrect and prevents any shipment or delivery or customs clearance, and will not provide any compensation in such cases.

Enginekitor will always comply with the law and we would like to remind the user to do the same. As an importer, it is the customer's responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations in their own country. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.


Ordering

Due to the popularity and/or supply limitations of some of our products, Enginekitor may have to limit the number of products available for purchase.Enginekitor reserves the right to change the number of products available for purchase at any time, even after you have placed your order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment; please contact our support center. However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, changed or refunded. Our warranty and return policy is in effect upon receipt of the package.

Shipping and Delivery

The shipping time shown above is the estimated time it will take for the package to leave our possession. Since the actual delivery of your order after it leaves our facility may be affected by many events beyond Enginekitor's control, we recommend that if a customer wishes to use their merchandise for a special occasion or event (e.g., a birthday) that they order their merchandise well in advance.Enginekitor is not responsible for late deliveries. However, we will work with you to ensure a smooth shopping experience. If there is a shipping problem with your package, Enginekitor will send you a replacement package free of charge. If the item is no longer in stock, we will provide you with a refund option. Sterlingkitor.

Information is provided through banners on our website and newsletters sent to customers, which provide details of shipping delays due to the Christmas season and encourage customers to order in advance. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible if customers do not receive their orders in time for the Christmas season.

Occasionally, Enginekitor will confirm your order but then find that it is unable to supply the products ordered. If we are unable to supply the products you have ordered in time, Enginekitor will contact the customer and offer to cancel the order and refund the purchase price in full.

We try to make the delivery process as easy as possible and we can send your order to your home or your place of work. We can ship to PO Boxes by all shipping methods except expedited shipping methods, which require a signature upon delivery. Such expedited shipments can only be delivered to a physical address.

Shipping and delivery times are calculated on business days Monday through Friday. Please allow extra delivery time for major holidays such as Christmas and Lunar New Year. In these special cases, notification will be sent to reflect possible delays.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Enginekitor cannot change your shipping address after the package has been shipped, and Enginekitor is not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. Enginekitor is not responsible for any package that fails to pass through local customs and is destroyed because the item is illegal in the destination country.

Enginekitor will not be held responsible. Customers are solely responsible for complying with local laws. We are also not responsible for any import taxes that may be incurred and it is the customer's sole responsibility to pay such fees, if any. Please note that shipping insurance does not cover any customs issues, including, but not limited to, the destruction or confiscation of goods due to their illegal status in any particular destination country/region.

If the buyer rejects the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer assumes full responsibility for all costs involved in the process.

All orders reported as "delivered" by the shipping company are deemed to have been delivered. In this case, Enginekitor shall not be liable for non-delivery.

If delivery fails for any reason and the address sent to is the correct address provided by the customer, Enginekitor is not liable if the package is returned.

What the customer orders is what we ship. If a customer places an incorrect order, we will not be held responsible for receiving the wrong item.

Exchanges and Returns (Money Back Guarantee)


General Policy:

These are Enginekitor.com's standard return policies and apply only to products you purchase directly from the Enginekitor
.com website and we will be responsible for return shipping and customs fees. Return Authorization for Returns Under Warranty.(Warranty 30 days)

All returns are effective upon receipt of a return authorization.

If the product was defective or did not work before you started using it, you may return it to us within the valid warranty period (30 days).

WARNING: Products not eligible for return, if received by us, will be returned to you at your expense:

Any item not purchased from Enginekitor .com
Any item that does not have a valid, readable serial number, including, but not limited to, missing products, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers.
Packages that have been received for more than 30 days.
Items returned without all original packaging and accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the item
Any item that appears physically damaged or has been damaged by accidental breakage, misuse, or general wear and tear.
If an item is returned missing, we will not be able to assist you as much as we would like. We recommend that you choose a traceable shipping method to return defective products.

The RMA process and three simple steps:

1. Obtain an RMA authorization by submitting an RMA request by visiting Enginekitor.com.

How to obtain an RMA authorization:

Please email your RMA request to service@enginekitor.com and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. The RMA request should contain the following information: order number, SKU, reason for return and posting of pictures, option to exchange or refund, and any other questions you may have.

2. Ship the item after obtaining RMA authorization.
Once you have shipped your return, please note that the return must come with the original packaging, accessories and shipping address from the Enginekitor .com Customer Service Center as well as an RMA authorization.
Note: Please provide the return tracking number. Enginekitor.com is not responsible for any lost returns.

3. Obtaining a Replacement or Refund.
Enginekitor will arrange for a resend or refund within 1-3 business days of receiving your return package. Money will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days, if you do not receive your money after 5 business days, please contact us at service@enginekitor.com


Incorrect/damaged item

We work very hard to ensure that you receive your merchandise order in pristine condition. If you do not receive the product you ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.


Prices The merchandise's

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include VAT, import taxes and duties if your package is inspected by local customs and deemed taxable. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay these charges.

Customer behavior

While Enginekitor will always strive to resolve issues to the satisfaction of our customers in a professional, courteous and friendly manner, we will not tolerate any unacceptable or unreasonable behavior towards members of our customer service team.

Unacceptable behavior towards Customer Service personnel or Enginekitor may include any of the following:

Offensive, abusive and threatening behavior. Examples include: any and all direct or implied threats on any communication channel; intimidating language; physical and verbal abuse; sexist, racist, homophobic or derogatory remarks; rudeness; inflammatory remarks; swearing; and unsubstantiated allegations.

Habitual demands or vexatious complaints are made despite the issue having been adequately resolved; similarly, repeat complaints persist despite the provision of a reasonable and fair resolution in accordance with our policy.

Demand, expect, or require employees to violate established Company policy guidelines, such as refund amounts, timelines, special compensation, etc.; likewise, seek unrealistic results that are beyond the scope of our own policies and procedures.

Repeatedly changing the nature (or focus) or desired outcome of a complaint, in part, after a formal response has been provided.

Complaints are disproportionately high in number compared to the total purchase value history.

For this type of behavior, the complainant may receive the following advice and formal notification:

Their language is considered offensive, abusive, threatening and totally unacceptable.

They must refrain from using such language, intimidation and threats.

If they persist in such behavior, there will be no further correspondence on the matter.

Enginekitor reserves the right not to accept orders from customers in the future without prior notice.
